The Oikies, meaning “Homes” of Skiathos is the dream of Giorgos and Katerina, which started to become reality in 2010 with Depoinas Home and continued with the rest houses Synoikies I , Synoikies II .

Katerina, as an interior designer, wanted to create houses where you can feel like your home and taste the colors and the aura of the Greek islands. The natural landscape is always part of the decoration and the interventions have been done with complete respect to the original buildings dating back to 1950.
